Refund Policy

Effective September 25, 2026

No refunds

All completed subscription payments are non-refundable, including initial subscription charges, renewal charges, unused statement reviews, partially used billing periods, and charges processed during an applicable cancellation-notice period, except where a refund is required by law.

Cancellation is not a refund

Canceling prevents future renewals after the required notice period; it does not reverse charges already processed. At least 30 days’ written cancellation notice is required. Send notice from the account email to cancelation@thestatementthinker.com and include the account holder’s name and company.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same subscription payment or charged an amount different from the checkout price, contact us promptly. We will investigate verified billing errors and correct them when appropriate. Do not email full card numbers or card security codes.

Service access issues

If a technical problem prevents access, contact us so we can investigate and restore access when possible. A temporary interruption does not automatically qualify for a refund. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
